Key Problems of Clean Production of the Textile Dyeing and Finishing Enterprises of China-the 3^(rd) Discussion

清洁生产在染整企业中推行进展不快有其深层原因,主要是供给式推动机制不能大面积地有效激发企业主动地进行清洁生产。因此必须用需求式推动机制来取代供给式推动机制,而且政府应在宏观上参与导向和推动。推动染整企业实施清洁生产,要在认识、循环经济思想、基本原则、与两个认证结合、采用高新技术、做好基础工作等方面解决一系列关键问题。

The performing of clean production in the dyeing and finishing enterprises in our country has not made much advence, for there exist deep causes lying in the pushing mechanism. Therefore, the government should participate in guiding the direction and pushing the movement on macro basis. As far as clean production is concerned, a series of key problems for the dyeing and finishing enterprises has to be solved.
