丙烯酸树脂与聚硅氧烷接枝改性的研究

STUDY ON ACRYLIC RESIN AND ITS GRAFTING MODIFICATION WITH POLYSILOXANE

丙烯酸树脂色浅，透明，光亮丰满，耐腐蚀，聚硅氧烷则耐热，耐低温，耐候，二者接枝后的产物兼具二者的优点。本文合成了丙烯酸树脂、聚硅氧烷，并实现了二者的接枝与表征。比较了接枝后产物与丙烯酸树脂、聚硅氧烷的光学性能及涂层的各种性能。

Acrylic resin has the features of light color, transparent,high-build and gloss,and corrosion protection;polysiloxaneresin is featured by its heat, lower temperature and weather-resistances.The polysiloxane grafted acrylic resin has the advantages of both. This article has reportedthe synthesis of acrylic and polysiloxane resins, their grafting and characterization.Comparison of optical property and film properties of the resins alone and the grafting product was given.
