摘要 目的总结近年来生物芯片技术研究进展。方法查阅近年来国内外有关文献资料分析评述。结果与结论生物芯片技术是随着人类基因组计划的进展而发展起来的,它融微电子学、生物学、化学、物理学、计算机科学为一体的高度交叉的新学科,具有重大的基础研究价值和产业化前景。目前生物芯片已经应用于药物研究、超高通量筛选平台、药物基因组学、药物毒理学研究、药物分析耐药性研究、个性化药物及治疗研究中。
