摘要
目的对岩青兰地上全草的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱,SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离,通过理化和波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果得到9个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),白桦脂醇(Ⅱ),白桦脂酸(Ⅲ),间羟基苯甲酸(Ⅳ),3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸(Ⅴ),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸(Ⅵ),柚皮素(Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ),柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of Dracocephalurn rupestra Hance.METHODS rFhe constituents were isolated and puritied by silica gel eolumn and Sephadex LH - 20 get cohumn ehomatography. Their structures were identified by physeochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine compouuds were isolated as β-sitosterol( Ⅰ ), betulin( Ⅱ ), betulinie acid ( Ⅲ ), m-hydroxybenzoie acid( Ⅳ ), 3-methoxybenzoie-4-hydruxybenznic aeid ( Ⅴ ), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-byclroxybenzoic acid ( Ⅵ ), naringenin( Ⅶ), daueosterol( Ⅷ) and naringenin-7-O-β-D-glueoside( Ⅸ ). CONCLUSION All the eompounds were isolated for the first time from the plant.
