聚合反应中难测参数的测定方法研究

A METHOD AIMED BY COMPUTER TO DETERMINE HARDLYMEASURED PARAMETERS IN POLYMERIZATION

提出一种模型法计算机辅助间接测定聚合反应中难测参数的方法。主要通过平板模具中进行的聚合反应动力学分析和传热分析，建立动力学模型和传热模型。并将二者结合建立热。化学模型。用有限差分法求模型的数值解，得到平板模具中聚合反应的空间－时间－温度分布。采用一种独特的待定参数逼近方法，通过改变参数设定值，逐步减小计算温度与实测温度的偏差，由计算机给出二者偏差最小时难测参数的间接测定结果。实验表明，这种难测参数测定方法可行，测定结果可信。该方法通过建立真实反映聚合过程的数学模型，将对聚合反应中难测参数的测定转变为对聚合反应中温度的测量。该方法为测定聚合反应中的难测参数，提供了一种新颖、可行的手段。

A new method aimed by computer to determine parameters which were difficult to measure in polymerization was introduced in this paper. Through the kinetics and heat transfer analyses of the polymerization,the Heat-Chemical model was set up. The numerical solution was obtained by Finite Difference Equations. Comparing theortical data with experimental data.we can inderectly determine hardly-measured paramerters by calculation. The results show that the methed in reasonabie, the parameters obtained by this method convincible.
