肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤围手术期的处理

The Treatment of Perioperative of Exo-adrenal Pheochromocytoma Resection

目的：探讨肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤围手术期的处理方法。方法：总结我院2例肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤围手术期的处理经验并相关的文献复习。结果：2例术前诊断均不能明确,术中应用去甲肾上腺素纠正低血压,无围手术期死亡。结论：肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤术前诊断困难,术中出现低血压时应想到嗜铬细胞瘤的可能性,并探索敏感的儿茶酚胺类药物控制血压。

Objective：To evaluate the treatment strategy for patients with perioperative risk of exo-adrenal pheochromocytoma resection. Method： Clinical result of 2 cases suffering from exo-adernal pheochromocytoma in the hospital and concerned literatures was reviewed. Result： All 2 cases could not be determined the diagnosis before operation. Noradrenaline was used to treat the hypotension in operation. No perioperative death occurred. Conclusion： Exo-adrenal pheochromocytoma was difficult to diagnose. Pheochromocytoma may be the possible cause of the hypotension in the operation, the susceptible catecholamine must be selected to control it.
