摘要
本文提出了利用语音芯片ISD-1420和8位的单片机实现语音录放系统。该系统通过试验能够实现20秒的语音录放，可以多次录入、擦除。系统录入语音或音频信号，播放时质量清晰、音质良好。
This paper introduced a way of using ISD-1420 and 8-bit SCM to realize voice recording or playback. This system has single-chip durations of 20 seconds and has 10000 record cycles.
