摘要
简介Ｓ５－１００Ｕ型可编程序控制器在生产ＢＲ包装自动控制系统的使用，总结了在自动称重、压块成型、自动检测和包装过程控制中的应用经验。实践证明，ＢＲ自动包装线应用可编程序控制器，对于提高包装质量、降低劳动强度和提高运行可靠性起到了保障作用。
The application of S5-100 U programmable controller in the automatic packaging line for the production of cis1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR)was introduced and the practice in automatic weighing,block pressing and shaping,automatic detection and package process control was summarized.It was showed that the progammable controler applied in BR automatic packaging line ensured the raise of package quality,the decrease of labor intensity and the increase of service reliability.
