摘要
为提高通用型氯丁橡胶硫化胶的耐水性和耐老化性，通过对配方中组分的优化选择，获得了实用性配方（质量份）：通用型氯丁橡胶／氯磺化聚乙烯８０／２０，硫化剂ＺｎＯ与ＰｂＯ（或Ｐｂ３Ｏ４）２０，促进剂ＮＡ─２２和促进剂ＴＴ（或ＤＭ）１～２，防老剂４０１０ＮＡ与防老剂ＡＷ（或Ａ，Ｄ）２．０～２．５，填充剂炭黑ＨＡＦ（或ＩＳＡＦ）与ＥＰＣ４０，增塑剂ＤＢＰ（或ＤＢＰ与古马隆）８。
The water resistance and aging resistance of chloroprene vulcanizate were studied and a practical formula was obtained by the optimum ingredients choice.The formula(phr)was that chloroprene rubber/chlorosulfonated polyethylene 80/20,vulcanizators ZnO and PbO or Pb3O4 20,accelerators NA-22 and TT or DM1～2,antioxidants 4010 NA and A2.0～2.5,carbon black HAF or ISAF and EPC 40 plasticizers DBP and coumarone-indene resins 8.
