摘要
橡胶密炼机混炼工艺瞬时功率控制法的理论由3部分组成:橡胶混炼过程的机理、密炼机流变理论和混炼过程功率曲线。与能量控制法不同,瞬时功率控制法实质上是控制混炼过程中胶料的粘度,确保混炼工艺过程保持最佳状态。因而瞬时功率控制法可监控生产过程,为密炼机混炼工艺的智能控制奠定了基础。
The theory of the method of controlling instantaneous power on the mixing technology was composed of the mechanism of the rubber mixing process,the rheologic theory on the internal mixer,and the power curve in mixing process.As compared with the method of controlling energy,this method controlled the viscosity of compound in mixing and ensured the mixing process in optimal state.So it could be used for controlling and supervising the mixing process in internal mixer.
