摘要
本文通过醋酸酐和硫磺粉对醋酸氯化生成一氯乙酸的催化机理探讨,利用正交试验法进行条件比较,选择不同催化剂的最佳条件,并对两种优化剂进行了比较,使一氯乙酸的收率达到90%以上。
The synthetic process of chloroacetic acid by catalytic chloration of acetic acid was studied. The catalysts were compared and the optimum technological condition was obtained. The yield of chloroacetic acid was over 90% in theoptimum condition.
