社会支持和打工妹的城市融合

Social Supports and Female Farmer Workers' Integrating with the Urban Society

本文在访谈的基础上考察了打工妹社会支持资源的占有和使用状况以及对她们城市融合的影响,指出打工妹的城市融合过程实际是一个有社会制度、支持网络和个人资本三个层面的要素相互作用、相互影响而构成的一个动态过程。

Based on investigation, this paper has observed and studied owner and use of social support of female farmer workers as well as how to affect their integrating with the urban society. It points out that female farmer workers integrate with the urban society is a dynamic process composed by interaction and inter-affection of social system, support net and individual capacity.
