All the problems,such as heavy energy - consumption,safety of driving,traffic pollution,bad weather do as many great challenges to the development and operations of highway. The improtant problems lie in itself, the views of the information times and the views of the highway system are proposed. Then new ideals in four areas of the construction of highway communication system, are highway net plan ,highway design, energy saving theory and the combinations of communication ways.
