摘要
文化作为人类知识、信仰、伦理、法律、风俗习惯等的总和,无时无刻不在影响着人们的思维言谈、生活及工作方式,影响着人们的思想和行为。民族不同、地域不同决定了各个国家和地区的人们具有不同的文化。分析探讨合资企业在经营管理中因文化差异而出现的问题和困难,正确看待文化价值和行为期盼在经济运行和企业经营中的作用,协调中国与美国经济文化,将对那些不视合资文化差别为负担而将其视为企业中文化协调的源泉并加以利用的企业大有裨益。
Culture, as a total of human being' s knowledge, beliefs, ethics,laws, customs etc. , has been influencing not only people's styles of thinking, talking,living, and working, but also their thoughts and behaviors. Different nationalities and regions determine the differences in their cultures. Therefore,great problems came upon occasionally. There's no way to escape but to actively look upon those differences as useful resources for culture coordination instead of heavy burdens. It becomes helpful to analyze managerial problems and difficulties originated from cultural differences so that more understandings are acquired upon the functions of cultural value and behavior expectation in the operation of economy and management of enterprises and that proper coordination can be made between Chinese culture and the American one.
