摘要
本文报道了唑螨酯在柑桔和土壤中的消解动态和残留研究。样品经提取、净化、采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测,于土壤、桔皮、桔肉中各添加唑螨酯及其异构体0.05~2.00毫克/千克,回收率:唑螨酯为78.7~99.7%(变异系数0.7~5.2%),异构体为85.2~107.8%(变异系数1.0~4.9%)。最低检测浓度为0.005毫克/千克。
Residue and degradation of fenpyroximate and its isomer in citrus and soils were studied. The samples were grinded, extracted and cleaned then determined by HPLC using UV detector. The recoveries and coefficients of variation of fenpyroximate and its isomer were 78. 7  ̄ 99. 7%, 85. 2 ̄107. 8% and 0. 7 ̄5. 2%, 1. 0 ̄4. 9% respectively. The both of minium detectable concentrations were 0. 005mg/kg.
