摘要
微电子技术飞速发展,推动了高密度柔性印制电路板制造技术的高速发展。高密度互连结构的双面连接的单面挠性板,加工技术难度系数越来越高。研究采用化学蚀刻聚酰亚胺的方法来制作双面连接的单面挠性板,以满足精细手指的尺寸和位置精度的要求。
The high speed development of micro-electronic technology promote the fast evolution of high density flexible printed circuits. The fine line/space of double access single-sided FPC make the manufacture process more difficult, and the traditional process is difficult to satisfy the demand of dimension and precision.In the study, in order to get good precision of dimension and position of fine leads, chemical etching method is used to make high density double assess single-sided FPC.
