摘要
法治的人性化是法治内涵的要求,只有通过司法工作者、社会管理参与者依据自己的善良良心与道德,对法律规范的精神实质进行发掘,才能实现法治的人性化。法治的人性化内容有助于全面揭示法治的内涵与法治秩序的构建。
Humanism in ruling by law is the requirement from its connotation. Only by exploring the essence of law regulation based on the morality of the judiciaries and participants in social management, can we reach the aim. The contents of humanism are beneficial to the revelation of its connotation and the building up of order.
