摘要
对连翘叶的体外抗氧化活性及药用价值进行了探讨.酶活力的测定采用邻苯三酚自氧化微量法.用Fenton法研究连翘叶茶提取物(FSE)清除.OH的效果.结果证明FSE具有明显的抗氧化的作用.
This paper studied the anti-outside oxidizes effect and the effect of protecting liver of Forsythia suspense leaves. Enzyme activiy was determined by pyrogallo autoxidation micro method（420nm）. The scavenging effect of FSE （extracts of Forsy thia suspense leaves infusion tea） on hydroxyl radicals （ · OH） was studied by Fenton method. The conclusion was that FSE had the effect of anti-oxidation.
