全文以近年来在管理科学领域中研究热度很高的流程再造理论为依据,以工商银行zy支行的现实运营状况为样本,以国外银行业房地产贷款业务的先进流程为参照,研究中国银行业房地产开发贷款业务的流程再造,为在竞争日益激烈的银行业房地产贷款业务中培育出中国所特有的竞争优势进行一些探索。

According to process reforging theory （ which is also a hot topic in the modem management science）, and based on the ZY branch bank of industry and commercial bank of china, the thesis pays attention to the process reforging of real estate loan operation in the Chinese banking system, and hopes to probe the ways of building core competence in this domain.
