摘要
防范执政风险是执政党应该着重掌握的一项能力。当前我们党面临的执政风险主要有经济全球化风险、发展失衡风险、自然风险等。坚持以人为本,不断完善执政方略,就可以有效防范这些执政风险。
It is a necessary ability for the ruling Party to prevent and avoid ruling risks. At present the Communist Party of China is mainly faced up with such ruling risks as economic globalization, the imbalance of development and natural risks. To avoid these risks, the Party should stick to the people-first principle and constantly improve its ruling strategy.
