摘要
微米量级的金属Ni粉和纳米量级的ZrO2超细微粒合成的精细复合材料具有特殊的热学性能.含Ni量为50~80wt%的复合材料的比热大大高于纽曼-卡普定律的计算值,其原因可能与精细复合材料中的界面组元所占的比重大大增加有关.
Fine composite materials composed of micrometer-sized Ni powder and nanometer-sized ZrO2 ultrafine particles possess unique thermal characteristics. Specific heat of the composite containing 50-80wt% Ni is very considerably larger than that calculated by means of Neuma-Carpu Law, this is probably related to the greater volume percentage of boundary component in Ni-ZrO2 fine composite materials.
