摘要
碰摩是现代旋转机械运行中常见的一种故障,文中尝试从声频信号的角度对碰摩故障进行分析。在实际环境中,碰摩声频信号常常受到噪声的污染,文中将盲源分离和小波消噪方法相结合,使用P.S.(pre-separation de-noising,separation)和P.S.P.(pre-separation de-noising,separation,post-separation de-noising)方法对碰摩声频信号进行分析处理,大大提高了信号的信噪比,取得了比较理想的实验结果。
Rubbing is one of the frequently confronted faults in modern rotating machines. The rubbing acoustic signal is analyzed. However, in the application, the acoustic signal is usually polluted by noise. To improve the quality of rubbing acoustic signal, Blind Source Separation and Wavelet De-noising are used together in the methods of P. S. (pre-separation de-noising, separation) and P. S. P. (pre-separation de-noising, separation, post-separation de-noising). At last, the case study demonstrates that the proposed method is efficient and applicable.
