摘要
在(Y.Sm)-Si-Al-O-N系统的α-Sialon与β-Sialon共存相区内,选择α/β-Sialon比为3:7组成为对象,采用无压烧结工艺,制备复相Sialon陶瓷材料,研究工艺因素对材料最终相组成和显微结构影响,指出制备工艺控制是获得符合设计要求材料的重要环节.
In the α'-β' two phase compatible region of (Y, Sm)-Si-Al-O-N system, Sialon composites were prepared by using pressureless sintering process, the ratio of α'-Sialon to β'-Sialon being chosen 3 to 7.The effect of process control on composition and microstructure was studied, finding that the process control was important for obtaining the materials conforming to the design.
