摘要 本文报道了SrV-6-xAlxO11固溶体的形成条件、固溶体各组份的结晶学参数和电导性能,从结构上讨论了Al3+部分取代对固溶体各组份晶胞参数的影响,用简单的Arrhenius模型拟合了ln(σT)与1000/T之间的关系,并据此计算得团溶体各组份的活化能和指前因子,固溶体各组份均具有较高的室温电导率,其中x=0.6组份为最大,其值达1.0×10-1S.cm-1. The formation, crystallography and electrical conductivity of SrV6-xAlxO11 solid solution were described in the present paper. The effect of Al- doping on cell parameters of each composition in this series was discussed with respect to their structure. The relationship between In(σT) and 1/T can be fit depending on a simple Arrhenius model, from which the activation energy and pre-exponential factor for each composition were calculated. All these samples exhibited higher electronic conductivity at roon temperature. The maximal one had the conductivity of 1.0×10-1S.cm-1 for the composition with x=0.6.
