摘要
研究了ZrO_2在不同工况条件下的摩擦磨损特性。运用扫描电镜,X射线衍射技术等来观察和分析磨损前后摩擦副的表面形貌、截面特征、磨屑形状及其相组成,从而分析磨损的机制。实验结果表明:干摩擦磨损和加水润滑的摩擦磨损主要机制是粘着磨损和疲劳磨损机制,并随着工况的变化,对磨损起主要作用的机制可发生变化。而加石英料浆的摩擦磨损的主要机制是微切削机制。
Friction and wear performances of zirconia ceramics were studied under different conditions. The characteristics of all worn surfaces and wear debris were examined by SEM, so that the wear mechanisms can be distinguished respectively. The experiment results show that the main mechanisms of the unlubricated friction and wear and the friction and wear lubricated with water are adhesive wear and fatigue wear respectively and the main mechanism which plays an important role in wear will change with the conditions. However the main mechanism of the friction and wear lubricated with quartz batch is micro-cutting mechanism.
