三相单级高功率因数软开关AC/DC变换器 被引量:5

Novel High-Power Three-Phase Single-Stage Unity-Power-Factor AC/DC Converter with Soft-Switching

摘要 采用伪相移式全桥零电压零电流(PPS-FB-ZVZCS)变换器完成三相功率因数校正(PFC)和输出电压调节双重功能,并能有效抑制直流母线电压。本文对其进行了理论分析、关键参数计算、计算机仿真和实验室样机实验验证。实验表明,其最大输出功率为10kW,功率因数达到0.99,轻载时直流母线电压小于800V。 The PFC and the output voltage modulation are simultaneously achieved in use of a pseudo-phase-shiftingfull bridge converter (PPS-FB-ZVZCS) with zero-voltage-zero-current switching as well as restraining the DC-link voltage. Its operation principle,calculation of key parameters,computer simulation and experiment results of a 10kW prototype are presented.The DC-link voltage is below 800V and the power factor of the system is above 0.99.
