摘要
以功率因数控制芯片NCP1653为核心,设计了一种宽电压输入范围,固定升压输出的300WBoost有源功率因数校正器(APFC)。较详细地分析并讨论了有源功率因数校正技术、NCP1653芯片的特点和参数、升压电感器设计等关键技术。实验结果表明,设计的以NCP1653为核心的变换器,能在90~260V宽输入电压范围内得到400V的稳定直流电压输出,具有电路简单,效率高,网侧功率因数接近1,总谐波畸变率及成本低等优点。
A 300W Boost Active Power Factor Corrector (APFC) with universal input and fixed output voltage is analyzed and then designed based on NCP1653.The principle and structure of APFC are introduced.The main feature and parameter selection of NCP1653 are discussed.The key practical techniques of the design are gived.Experiment results show that the APFC can achieve a fixed output of 400V DC voltage in the universal input range of AC90~265V.h owns the advantages of high efficiency,unity power factor,low total harmonic distortion and cost.
