摘要
采用溶胶-液相法制备了H3PW12O40/TiO2复合催化剂,用FT-IR对催化剂进行了结构表征。以苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂的重复使用对产品收率的影响。实验结果表明,合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的较优反应条件为:n(苯甲醛)/n(1,2-丙二醇)=1.0/1.3,催化剂的用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,甲苯为带水剂,反应5.0 h,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达90.0%以上。
A complex catalyst, H3PW12O40/TiO2 was prepared by sol - liquid phase method and characterized by FT- IR. Benzaldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2 - propanediol using the prepared catalyst. The factors that effect the synthesis were discussed and suitable conditions are as follows: n (benzaldehyde)/n (1,2- propanediol) = 1.0/1.3, the dosage of catalyst is 2.0 % of the feed stock, toluene is used as water carting agent, the reaction time is 5.0 h. Experimental results showed that under the above reaction conditions, the yield of benzaldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal can achieve higher than 90.0 %.
