摘要
改进了用铜离子吸附量来评价头发受损程度的方法,对测试条件进行了优化,使测试时间大大缩短.通过与传统测试头发强度的方法相对照,证明铜离子吸附量与头发强度之间存在线性关系,线性回归方程的相关系数为0.985.用该方法对未知样品进行测试,测定值与用回归方程得到的计算值相近.通过测定不同烫发次数头发的铜离子吸附量,将头发受损程度人为划分为3个级别,当头发对铜离子吸附量在4.800×10-2mol·L-1·g-1~6.720×10-2mol·L-1·g-1时,定为轻度损伤,当头发对铜离子吸附量在6.720×10-2mol·L-1·g-1~8.366×10-2mol·L-1·g-1时,定为中等损伤,当头发对铜离子吸附量达到8.366×10-2mol·L-1·g-1以上时,定为重度损伤.
A method to evaluate the degree of damaged hair was put forward. The test time required for the test was shortened significantly by optimizing the test conditions. By comparison with the results obtained from the traditional method by measuring the hair strength, it showed that the cupric ion adsorption and the hair strength has a linear relation and the correlation coefficient of linear regression equation is 0.985. By testing on unknown samples with the new method, the discrepancy between of measured value and one calculated by linear regression equation was minor. The hair damage degree after permanent waving of different times can be classified into three levels in accordance with the measured cupric ion adsorption on hair. When the cupric ion adsorption achieves 4. 800 × 10^-2 mol·L^-1·g^-1 but lower than 6.720 × 10^-2 mol·L^-1·g^-1, the damage can be identified as light degree, above 6.720 × 10^-2 mol·L^-1·g^-1, as medium degree, while above 8.366 × 10^-2 mol·L^-1·g^-1 , as heavy degree.
