钒磷氧非均相催化合成苯乙酮乙二醇缩酮 被引量:6

Synthesis of acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal using vanadium phosphorus oxide as heterogeneous catalyst

摘要 研究了苯乙酮与乙二醇在钒磷氧非均相催化剂作用下的缩合反应,考察了反应时间、醇酮比、催化剂用量和带水剂用量等因素对苯乙酮乙二醇缩酮收率的影响。结果表明,在回流条件下,苯乙酮为0.10 mol,乙二醇为0.12 mol,催化剂用量为0.20 g,带水剂环己烷用量为6 mL,反应2.5 h后,缩酮收率可达到81.5%,且催化剂重复使用性能良好。产品经熔点仪和红外光谱仪进行了表征。 The condensation of acetophenone and ethylene glycol using vanadium phosphorus oxide heterogeneous catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction time, mole ratio of the reactants, catalyst dosage, dosage of water carrying agent on the yield of acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal were investigated. The results showed that the suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows : under refluxing, 0.10 mol of ethylene glycol reacts with 0.12 tool of acetophenone, catalyst dosage 0.20 g, 6 mL of cyclohexane used as water carrying agent, reaction time 2.5 h. The yield achieved 81.5 %. The catalyst can be repeatedly used. The product was characterized by melting point and IR.
