几种丹参提取物对海鞘油脂的抗氧化作用

摘要 分别用乙酸乙酯和超临界CO2提取柄海鞘Styela clava和玻璃海鞘Ciona intestinalis中的油脂,得到多不饱和脂肪酸含量很高的海鞘油脂.对它们的氧化稳定性进行研究后发现:用超临界CO2提取的海鞘油脂纯度高,其中EPA和DHA含量均高于用溶剂法提取的油脂,而且具有更好的氧化稳定性,40℃氧化诱导期可达13.9 h(柄海鞘)和15.5 h(玻璃海鞘).以海鞘油脂为底物,用OSI仪测定了几种丹参提取物对其的抗氧化活性.结果表明,丹参乙酸乙酯提取物(DS-2)对海鞘油脂具有很好的抗氧化活性,加入质量分数为0.04%的DS-2,可使海鞘油脂的氧化稳定性提高8~10倍,而且这些抗氧化成分对用溶剂法提取的油脂的抗氧化活性更高. The oil was extracted from ascidian by supercritical fluid CO2 and ethyl acetate, and its antioxidant activity was studies with OSI meter. The oil extracted is more pure by supercritical fluid CO2 than by ethyl acetate, and contains more eicosapentaenic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenic acid (DHA) with high antioxidant stability. Its lp is 13.9 h( Styela dava) and 15.5 h( Ciona intestinalis) at 40℃. Some antioxidants were added into the oils to improve their antioxidant stability. The extraction from Tanshen by ethyl acetate has strong antioxidant activity: when being added 0.04%, the antioxidant stability of oil increased 8 - 10 folds, and the antioxidant activity is stronger in the oil extracted by ethyl acetate than with supercritical fluid CO2.
