摘要 对在养殖池塘中培育珠江斑鳠Mystus guttatus亲鱼和人工繁殖的主要方法进行了总结,并提出:斑鳠雌、雄亲鱼的外观特征可作为鉴别其性成熟度的依据;对斑鳠雌鱼进行人工催产时宜分2次注射(间隔时间为24h),第1针注射PG(鲤)+LRH-A+DOM,第2针注射LRH-A+DOM+HCG。对斑鳠进行人工授精后,在水温27.5℃的条件下,受精卵约经17h30m in进入原肠期,胚胎孵化时间约为55h。 The artificial propagation including brood fish care and determination of sex and maturity and embryonic development of spotted longbarbel catfish Mystus guttatus were studied in ponds. Two methods of injection of a gonadotropic hormone were used in the artificial spawning at an interval of about 24 hours between the injections. The agents were pituitary gland from common carp, luteining hormone releasing hormone analogue (LRH -A) and domperidone (DOM) in the first injection and LRH -A, DOM and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in the second injection. The method (slice testes to pieces and dilution with physiological saline and pouring it into the eggs just pressed out and stirring the mixture) was adopted in the artificial fertilization. The embryonic development was observed and described. The fertilized egg developed to gastrula stage 17 hours and 30 minutes after fertilization, and some embryos began to hatch 55 hours after fertilization.
