摘要
上个世纪20—40年代教育家雷沛鸿在推行教育改革的过程中,十分重视教育法治。这与他试图以教育改造为手段,进而实现社会改造的政治理想相关,也是他长期从事的宏观教育改革事业所必须。雷沛鸿的教育改革工作主要是在广西一省的范围内进行的,他在省级地方教育立法工作中的经验和教训,对今天我们搞好教育法治工作具有借鉴的意义。
Lei Peihong, an educationist, attached great importance to educational legality in the course of pursuing educational reform during 1920s to 1940s. This article analyses his thoughts and practice on educational legality from three aspects, namely, the relations between his political ideal and educational ideal, the relations between his macroscopic educational reform and educational legality, the relations between ed- ucational reform and provincial legislation, etc. We can draw lessons from Lei Peihong' s thoughts and practice on educational legality well to today.
