竞业禁止是保护商业秘密、维护公平竞争和自由择业的重要手段。为了平衡商业秘密、公平竞争和择业自由,要进一步完善我国的竞业禁止法律,用法律来保证竞业禁止。

The prohibition of trade competition is an important means to protect business secrets, and maintain fair competition and free employment. To balance business secret, fair competition and free employment, the law of trade competition prohibition shall be further perfected to guarantee such competition.
