覆膜网状支架治疗中、晚期食道癌的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of covered stents in the treatmeant of advanced esophageal carcinoma

目的评价覆膜网状支架在治疗食管癌性狭窄中的价值,并探讨相关技术。方法26例患者放支架前,均行食管造影,明确狭窄部位和程度,先用超滑导丝和导引管引入超硬导丝,沿导丝直接将支架置入器插入狭窄部,最后将支架释放入预定部位。结果26例共置入支架31枚,均一次成功,患者进食情况明显改善,未出现食道穿孔、大出血或死亡等严重并发症。结论食管内支架置入术操作简单、安全,近期疗效明显,无严重并发症,覆膜网状支架是治疗食管癌性狭窄和食道瘘的一种良好的姑息性治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of covered stents in treating the patients with malignant esophageal stenosis and to investigate the techniques of placing the stents. Methods 26 patients with advanced carcinoma were on esophagraphy to determine the position and degree of the stenosis before stenting, under the guiding of super slip wire and catheter, the stiff type guide wire were introduced, the stents were placed after the stenosis had been dilated. Results 31 stents were placed in 26 patients. All stems were successfully placed only noce without serious ccruplication including the rupture, esophageal perforation, bleeding or death, the dysphagia of the patients also got obvious improvement. Conclusion Stem placement is a safe, efficient, non - invasive methed, covered stents is also a better palliative treatment to cure the esophageal malignant stenosis and esophageal fistula.
