摘要
目的研究血液浓度与血沉的关系。方法将送检血沉标本用109mmol/L的枸橼酸钠以8∶1和4∶1稀释,每份标本分成3份,其血液浓度分别为80%、71%、64%,用Westergren法检测血沉。结果3个浓度间的血沉结果经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01),血液浓度越低,血沉越慢,反之,血沉加快。结论血沉随着血液浓度的改变而变化,样本采集时应严格控制血液与抗凝剂的比例在4∶1。
Objective To study the relationship between the blood concentration and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR). Methods Each ESR sample is diluted by 109mmol/L sodium cirate on the proportion of 8 : 1 and 4 : 1 respectively to obtain 3 specimens, and their blood concentration should be 80 %, 71%, 64 % respectively, then, test the ESR by the Westergren Method. Results The dada of ESR of the three kinds of specimens analyzed by statistic methods shows obvious difference( P 〈 0.01). The lower the blood concentration is, the slower is the erythrocyte sedimentation; conversely, the higher the blood concentration is, the faster is the erythrocyte sedimentation. Conclusion The ESR varies with the blood concentration. In taking the samples, the proportion between blood and anticoagulant must be strictly controlled to 4 : 1.
