通过对中修开炉方案的合理改进,并成功实施,武钢2号高炉取得武钢中大修开炉的巨大进步。叙述2004年9月武钢2号高炉开炉的准备、装料、工艺参数的调节,分析了成功开炉的原因。

Remarkable progress has been achieved in the medium and large - scale relining of the No, 2 Blast Furnace of WISCO by means of appropriate improvement and successful implementa- tion of the BF blow - in plan for the medium scale relining. The present paper describes the prepara- tion of the No. 2 BF blow - in work as well as readjustment of charging and processing parameters of the furnace in september 2004 and analyzes the reason for the success of the blow - in work of the furnace.
