摘要 在可预见的未来,焦炭仍是炼铁不可缺少的原料。为了解决传统焦炉环境保护等问题,近年来,美国、德国和日本焦化工业开发了诸如无回收型/热回收型炼焦工艺、SCOPE 21新炼焦工艺、高性能/大型炼焦反应器、高效单炭化室反应装置和2种产品的炼焦装置等先进炼焦技术。 Coke is and remains an indispensable raw material for iron - making in the foreseeable future. In the recent years, the coking industries in the United States, Germany and Japan have developed several kinds of new coke- making technologies such as non - recovery/hot - recovery coke oven (N - R/H - R - CO), SCOPE 21 new coke - making process, high performance/jumpo coke - making reactor (HP/JCR), high performance/single carbonizer - cokemaking reactor ( HP -/SC - CR) and 2 - product cokemaking plant (2 - PCP) in order to reduce emissions from the conventional coke oven batteries for environmental protection purpose.
