北京市设施蔬菜主要病害可持续控制的基础研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文以设施蔬菜中严重发生的番茄灰霉病、晚疫病,黄瓜霜霉病、黑星病等为代表,研究了设施蔬菜主要病害生态调控及机理、高温闷杀防治设施蔬菜病害及机理;从环境调控诱导抗病性、瓜枝胞弱毒菌株诱导抗病性及寡糖诱导抗病性等方面研究了增强设施蔬菜抗病性的表达与机理;探索了氧化杀菌水防病新技术,进行了绿色木霉菌的筛选与抗药机理的研究,初步建立了北京地区节能日光温室病虫害可持续治理系统。 Tomato gray mold, late blight, cucumber downy mildew and scab were used as representatives of the important vegetable disease in Beijing, the following aspects were studied: the control effect and mechanism of ecological regulation and high temperature, the enhancement of expression and mechanism of resistance induced by environment regulation, low virulent strain of Cladsporium cucumerinum and oligosaccharides, and the screening for strain and mechanism resistant to pesticide of green trichoderma. Moreover, a new technique of oxidation sterilization water controlling disease was explored. Based on the above research, the sustainable controlling system of vegetable pest in enery saving greenhouse in Beijing was preliminarily established.
