摘要
中度以上的口腔颌面部感染５７例，首先给予常用抗生素治疗无效后改口服新达罗治疗，０．２５ｇ／次，３次／ｄ，疗程７～１０ｄ。结果表明：有效率为８７．７％。
patients with moderate oral facial infections who are not response to penicillin,ampicillin,macrocyclic and aminoglycosides,were treated with oral cefaclor 0.25g three times daily for 7～10d,with an effective rate of 87.7%.Therefore,cefaclor is an effective drug in treatment of oral facial infections not response to usual antibiotics.
