新达罗胶囊治疗支气管－肺感染108例

TREATMENT OF BRONCHO LUNG INFECTIONS WITH CEFACLOR CAPSULES

口服新达罗胶囊治疗支气管－肺感染１０８例，临床总有效率为８１．５％，细菌清除率为９１．８％，不良反应发生率为５．５％。结果表明：新达罗胶囊是一种新型高效杀菌剂，对支气管－肺感染常见致病菌有较强的杀菌作用，尤其适用于阻塞性肺疾病演变成肺心病、心肺功能不全的老年病例，疗效肯定。

Cefaclor capsules were given to 108 patients with broncho lung infections,a total effective rate of 81.5% and a bacterium clearance rate of 91.8% were obtained,with a incidence of side effect of 5.5%.From the results obtained it can be concluded that cefaclor is a promising agent for treatment of broncho lung infections especially for elder patients with obstructive lung disease.
