脑康宁对血栓形成、血液黏度的影响

目的:研究脑康宁对血栓形成、血液黏度的影响。方法:采用Hladovec法、Chandler法,观察脑康宁对大鼠体内血栓形成、兔血栓形成及大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度的影响。结果:脑康宁对血栓形成具有显著的抑制作用,同时也能明显地降低全血黏度、血浆黏度。结论:脑康宁具有抑制血栓形成以及降低血液黏度的作用。

Objective：to study the effects of naokangning on thrombosis and blood viscosity. Methods： to observe the effects of naokangning on thrombosis in rats and rabbits by using of Hladovec＇s method and Chandler＇s method. The blood viscosity and plasm viscosity in rats were also examined. Results： naokangning can significantly inhibit thrombosis, decrease blood viscosity and plasm viscosity. Conclusion ： naokangning has the effects on inhibiting thrombosis and decreases blood viscosity.
