摘要 络病是以络脉阻滞为特征的一类疾病,标志着疾病的发展和深化。高血压血管重塑包括动脉形态结构和功能特性的改变———关键是高血压状态下阻力血管的结构改变,其不仅导致外周阻力增加而使血压进一步上升,更是多种并发症和器官功能衰竭的重要原因,可能是影响病程发展的重要因素之一。高血压血管重塑发病机制与络病存在必然的内在联系,通过探索具体疾病进程的病理生理机制,对络病理论予以诠释,进而形成了新的科学假说:“血管重塑体现了络病的微观化自然病程,治络之法和治络之药可能有助于高血压结构改变的逆转,表现为血管保护作用,有希望改善疾病结局。”以此作为研究切入点,将为寻找有效防治方法提供理论基础及客观依据。 Blockage of collateral is character of collateral disease. And the collateral disease signalized the development and intensification of the disease. Vascular remodeling in essential hypertension includes morphologic and functional changes of arteries. The structure change of resistant arteries in hypertension state is mainly pathologic change. This change not only increases the peripheral resistance which causes the elevation of blood pressure, but also products various complications and organic dysfunction. It maybe one of the most important influencing factors in the disease development. The pathogenesis of vascular remodeling in essential hypertension has the certain internal correspondence with collateral disease. The explosion of pathophysiologic mechanism of some concrete disease and the modern medical explanation of collateral theoretical promote the development of a new .scientific hypothesis, which is that vascular remodeling expresses the microscopic nature course of collateral disease and that the method and the drug acting on collateral disease may help to inverts the structure changes in hypertension, to protect the vessels and to improve the prognosis of the disease. It will provide theoretical and objective basis for effective prevention and treatment methods.
