重组人p53腺病毒注射液联合化疗治疗恶性体腔积液的疗效观察

目的:评价重组人p53腺病毒注射液(rAd-p53)联合化疗治疗恶性体腔积液的疗效。方法:50例恶性体腔积液患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组行穿刺引流后腔内注射rAd-p531×1012VP,在rAd-p53注射后48h体腔内再注入顺铂60mg/m2,1次/wk,疗程3wk^4wk;对照组除不给予rAd-p53外,腔内化疗与治疗组相同。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为85·7%、51·7%(P<0·05);治疗组毒副反应主要为自限性发热,12h^24h后自行恢复正常。结论:rAd-p53联合化疗控制恶性体腔积液疗效好、安全。
