The Challenges and Strategies of Ideological and Politics Work in University under New Situation

随着改革开放的深入和全球化步伐的加快,必将改变全社会的生产方式、生活方式和人们的思维方式,给高校学生思想政治工作带来深刻的影响。本文通过分析新形势下高校学生思想政治工作所面临的五个方面的挑战,提出了应对挑战的五个对策以不断增强高校学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,提高高校学生思想政治工作水平, 开创高校学生思想政治工作新局面。

With the deepening of reform and opening, and the acceleration of globalization,it must change the producing style of the whole society, the life style and thought style of people, it also influences the ideological and politics works of students in colleges profoundly. By analyzing the ideological and politics works in college which confronting five challenges under the new situation,and corresponding strategies are put forward, i.e. to strengthen what it aims at and its actual effect, to advance the level of the work, and to create a new situation of the ideological and politics work in university.
