摘要
围绕一种智能化磁致伸缩液位传感器的实现,介绍了磁致伸缩传感器的工作原理、C8051F015单片机的主要特性以及数字信号处理核心器件FPGA的功能和使用方法,并从硬、软件设计两个方面进行了详细论述,作为新一代智能化传感器,已完成试验投入试生产。
Given a intelligent magnetostrictive liquid level transducer, introduced its operating principle and the main feature of C8051F015 single chip, along with the function and usage of FPGA which was the core parts of digital signal processing, and described the system from the design of hardware and software in detail, and carry on remote to transmit with RS485. It has high precision of measurement and good stability. As a new intelligent sensor , it has already finished testing , and put into trial production.
