摘要
胜任能力模型是一种新兴的人力资源测评工具和分析技术,近年来受到国内外学者关注和大企业的重视。针对常用胜任能力模型模块及研究方法的特点,研究、总结和归纳职系胜任能力模型在电子制造外企的应用,拓展胜任能力模型的内涵和应用价值,提出的一种建模程序和研究方法。
Competency model is a new manpower evaluation and analysis technology, which has recently been paid more attention by scholars foreign and domestic, and by large enterprises as well. Aimed at this model and its features, the application on the foreign electronic manufacture enterprise was studied. It extended this model's connotation and application value. The program of creating model and method were brought forward.
