摘要
对回收金属破碎机及预压进料系统进行了虚拟设计,利用非线性有限元法,以ANSYS/LS-DYNA为工具,对回收金属破碎过程进行了计算机数值仿真;探讨了非线性问题计算机仿真研究中的沙漏模态(Hourglassmode)控制方法。为回收金属破碎机的设计制造提供了一定的理论依据,文中所述方法具有一定意义。
In this paper, first, the shredder of metal scrap is designed by using virtual technology. Next, the shredding process of metal scrap is simulated through FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, based on Non-linear finite element method. And then, the influence of hourglass mode in simulating analyses is attentively introduced. Finally, the simulating results that metal scrap is shredded . are acquired. The model and method introduced through this paper is of importance.
