摘要
介绍了电容储能焊接的工作原理、工艺要求和控制系统,并用PLC实现其系统控制。实际运行结果表明,该系统具有硬件简单,运行稳定和操作方便等优点。
The paper introduce the work principle, technique requiement and contril system for capacitance pulsation welding, which is used MELSEC series PLC for control system .The opration practice shows that advantages are simple to hardward, running stably and easy to oprate for zhis system.
