基于X62W型万能铣床电控系统的改造

摘要 X62W型卧式万能铣床的电气控制系统,存在线路复杂、故障率高、维护工作量大、可靠性差、灵活性差等缺点,本文提出了用PLC对X62W型万能铣床的继电器接触式控制系统进行技术改造,从而保证了电控系统的快速性、准确性、合理性,更好地满足了实际生产的需要,提高了经济效益。 Such shortcomings as complex line, high rate of malfunction, heavy workload of maintenance, low dependability and agility existed in the electric control system of X62W Omnipotence-milling machine. Using by PLC, the technical alteration, which contraposed the relay touched control system of X62W Omnipotence- Milling Machine, was put forward in this article. Accordingly, it's celerity, veracity, and rationality were realized, so that it fulfilled the requirement of production and the better benefit of economy was gained.
